We have invested in the UNIFLEX P180 high-pressure hose testing machine, imported directly from Germany.
UNIFLEX is a globally recognised manufacturer specialising in advanced hydraulic hose testing and assembly technology.
This machine is used to perform hydrostatic pressure testing on all fabricated hydraulic hoses to verify leak tightness, structural integrity, and pressure resistance in accordance with international standards.
Each hose is tested under controlled conditions to ensure it meets or exceeds its rated working and test pressures prior to delivery.
The UNIFLEX P180 is capable of generating a worldwide recognised pressure test certificate, providing documented traceability and compliance for safety-critical applications.
